Arangetram
Arangetram is an Indian classical dance and music student's debut on-stage performance. This is the first performance after years of training, and many Indian classical dance styles execute an Arangetram when a pupil is ready.
An Arangetram is an ancient custom that paves the way for a dancer to perform solo or teach other dancers. After the completion of training, a dancer should be able to grasp classical music as well as exhibit the various skills needed to be a proficient dancer.
